Processing Times
Once your order is confirmed and payment is cleared, please allow 2–14 business days for processing (excluding weekends and holidays). HOWEVEF:

Wig orders require 4 weeks for processing and cannot be expedited under any circumstances.

Processing times may vary based on the specific product. Be sure to check individual product descriptions for estimated arrival dates, if applicable.
After processing, your order will be shipped, and delivery typically takes 2–7 business days, depending on your location. A tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout—please ensure it's entered correctly to receive updates.
Shipping Delays
La Bel Cheveux is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

Weather conditions

Natural disasters
Please note that holidays are not counted as business days, and delays may occur during holiday seasons. We rely on USPS and UPS to deliver packages in a timely manner, but once a package leaves our facility, we no longer control its movement.
Out of Stock Items
If a product you ordered becomes unavailable, our customer service team will contact you via email to offer alternatives. If no alternatives are accepted, a full refund will be issued to your original form of payment.
Incorrect Addresses, Refused Deliveries & Undeliverable Packages

Orders are shipped to the exact address provided at checkout via USPS.

Please double-check your shipping information, including apartment numbers, floor numbers, or suite details, before placing your order.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses may cause delivery delays.

If your package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you and reship the item at our discretion and expense depending on the situation.

Lost Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, or you believe it's been lost:

We will initiate an investigation with USPS or UPS.

Investigations can take 30 business days and are managed by the carrier. We have no control over investigation timelines.
If the carrier confirms the package is lost, we will send a replacement at no additional cost, pending the outcome of the investigation.
Wrong or Missing Items
If you receive the wrong product or something is missing from your order:

All incorrect items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

We will provide a return shipping label, and once we receive the item, we will send the correct product at no cost to you.
All orders are carefully inspected and packaged before shipping to prevent such issues, but we’ll make it right if a mistake occurs.
Policy Changes
La Bel Cheveux reserves the right to update or modify this Shipping & Returns Policy at any time, without prior notice. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting to our website.
